CONTENT MANAGEMENT
The Content Management section of the command console offers streamlined control over menu items, allowing for easy reordering, status updates, label adjustments, and icon customization. You can also manage categories by reordering, renaming, and bulk-editing colors to maintain brand consistency. New features, including Listings & Events management, an image gallery, and an action bar for quick adjustments, make it simple to organize and publish content across multiple platforms. Upcoming additions include enhanced Tour & Passport Management, further expanding your content oversight capabilities.
ANALYTICS DASHBOARD
The updated Analytics Dashboard introduces a new navigation layout, with the date range picker now repositioned for easier access. Upcoming features include the ability to compare data against previous timeframes, providing a clearer view of trends over time. For clients using Passports and Kiosks, the dashboard will soon display check-in data and per-unit kiosk analytics. Additional insights will include the number of plans created, arrivals per timeframe, visitor stay duration, and dwell time reporting at specific attractions, helping you better understand visitor behavior and engagement.
MESSAGING MANAGEMENT
The Messaging Management section in the command console allows you to create, send, and schedule push notifications seamlessly. You can easily edit or duplicate messages, making it simple to craft timely and engaging content, such as promotions for events. Upcoming features will include messaging analytics, proximity-based messaging, in-app notifications, and audience-targeted broadcasts, helping you reach your audience more effectively and measure engagement.
USER MANAGEMENT
The User Portal in the command console enables efficient user management with search and filter options by creation date, role assignment, and CSV export capabilities. You can also manually insert check-ins as needed. A new feature to export check-ins per user is coming soon, offering greater flexibility for data tracking and analysis.
WIDGET REFACTOR & REDESIGN
The Widget Refactor & Redesign takes the platform experience to new heights with a user-centered approach. After over 30 think-aloud studies with new users interacting with the widget, we gained valuable insights that contributed to the new design. The upcoming widget focuses on making plan creation effortless while still allowing users to explore attractions, events, and tours. New features include repositioned category filters, added sorting options, and tools to fine-tune visit planning, creating a more intuitive and engaging experience.
