The Visit Widget Platform leverages integrations with Google Analytics for widget usage, Google Firebase for native app usage, and App Figures for downloads and installs.  The analytics dashboard can be accessed from the user dropdown menu in the top righthand corner of the widget when logged in as an admin, and the system will also generate and send out an email report to all system admins on Monday’s at 1 PM CT with an overview of the previous week’s usage.

• Analytics are synchronized each morning at 8 AM CT for the previous day’s metrics.
• Google Play app install metrics are typically not available for import from App Figures for the previous 1 – 2 days.
• Google Firebase reported metrics may show a slight variance from Visit Widget’s Analytics Dashboard metrics due to different calculation methods. The VW Analytics Dashboard metric calculations use less tolerance on user session information to provide the maximum level of accuracy possible.
