Frequently Asked Questions

Service fees are billed upon launch of the widget and apps or within 90 days of the project kickoff meeting, whichever comes first. Clients can choose between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payments – whatever is easiest for your accounting department!

Yes, please reach out to your account manager to begin the upgrade process.  Some features on different plans require submitting updated app versions to App Store Connect and Google Play, which can take a few days to process.  Updated billing for the new plan will being once the app updates are approved and live.

Each client has a dedicated account manager that can be contacted via email or phone when needs arise.  We ask that support@visitwidget.com be copied on all email requests, which creates a ticket in our system and notifies all account managers, so someone can help out as fast as possible.

App updates are released to the App Store & Google Play on a quarterly basis with new features, performance improvements and minor bug fixes.  If you need an update that includes rebranding of the launch icon and splash screen, please contact your account manager for an expedited update.

The one-time setup fee depends on the CMS/CRM platform(s) you use for listings and events on your website and whether an API is available with documentation for our development team to review.  Reach out to us at support@visitwidget.com for an instant estimate!
